I am an Enlightened Mom. I feel so grateful to be clear and connected to my truth. I am so excited to commune with folks who also what to explore our spiritual agreements, limiting beliefs, long-term habitual patterns of thoughts and behaviors, and the Liberated Spiritual Life we are born to reveal.
My life story is filled with challenges and circumstances that inform me and my life with incredible insight and profound awakenings that move me always toward the light, my source and loving relationship to life and the world.
I'm excited to be here with you.

Mindfully positive - I realize all stress pinned into my body by my unconscious beliefs and unrealized emotions as it flows through me and I release it all.

Like Terri's article today, I am adjusting to my son's absence from home. Thank goodness its only temporary and I have a return day to look forward to. and... Just for Today I will remain fully present for this Now Moment which is a gift.

I just got home from admitting my 13 yr old son to a psychiatric residential treatment facility about 20 minutes south of our home. I can feel my love and deep care for him vibrating just below the energy of sadness I feel about his being absent from my daily life and my mothering care. I sense the event of his pending 60 days absence as a stressor in my body and my heart. I give myself permission to let go of this stress and to release my maternal beliefs about what a mom should do or be in this circumstance back into the field of God and goodness. I affirm: My son's life and journey is unfolding in the perfection of God's love, protection and grace. My son is in his right place -headed for his true place and so am I. I am deeply grateful for this moment.
